Draft date: 2026-10-31
This draft explains what asentify does with information today. Most of the site shows simulated demo data; the parts marked "Asentum Testnet" connect to the Asentum test network. It must be reviewed before any mainnet launch.
Operator: [PLACEHOLDER: legal name of the company or person operating asentify].
Contact for privacy questions: asentifyxx13@gmail.com.
Registered address: [PLACEHOLDER: postal address].
asentify has no user accounts and no passwords. We never ask for your name, email address, recovery phrase or private keys, and you should never enter them on any website.
If you connect a wallet (the official Asentum Wallet browser extension, or the Asentum Telegram wallet @AsentumBot), the site receives only your public wallet address. Every signature or transaction is shown by asentify first and then approved by you in your own wallet.
On the testnet parts of the site, your wallet address and the transactions you approve are recorded on the Asentum test blockchain. Blockchain data is public and permanent: nobody, including us, can change or delete it.
To make the site work, it saves small items on your own device (browser storage): theme, favourites and watchlist, the local demo profile, view preferences and drafts from the Create forms; if you connect with Telegram, the wallet session so you stay connected after a reload (removed when you press Disconnect); short-lived notes such as a 10-minute pause after the network didn't answer; and, on the creator page, upload and mint progress so an interrupted run can continue.
These items stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can remove them with Disconnect, the reset buttons in the app, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Hosting: the site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm Vercel's role and data location, and any logs or analytics enabled at launch].
Blockchain: testnet data is read from and sent to the official Asentum testnet gateway (testnet.asentum.com) directly from your browser.
Images and NFT data: NFT images and metadata are stored on IPFS through Pinata and loaded from IPFS gateways (asentify's Pinata gateway first, public gateways such as ipfs.io as a fallback). Anything uploaded to IPFS is public.
Wallet: if you use the Telegram wallet, your approvals happen in Telegram with @AsentumBot, under Telegram's and Asentum's own terms.
The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics. Links to X and Telegram open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Images, videos and metadata uploaded with the creator tools are stored on IPFS and are public and practically permanent. Do not upload personal data or anything you don't have the right to publish.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to complain to a data protection authority. Data stored on a blockchain or on IPFS cannot be deleted by us. [PLACEHOLDER: list the rights and the process that apply in the operator's jurisdiction, and the legal bases for processing].
[PLACEHOLDER: minimum age and how it is handled].
We may update this policy. The date of the latest draft is shown at the top of the page. [PLACEHOLDER: how users will be told about material changes].
