These draft terms describe how asentify may be used today: a demo site with simulated data, plus features marked "Asentum Testnet" that work on the Asentum test network. They must be reviewed and rewritten before any mainnet launch.

Everything labelled demo or simulated (NFTs, creators, prices, rankings, activity, statistics) is made up. No screen, message or button in those parts is a completed purchase, offer, listing or mint. Do not rely on them for any decision.
Items marked "Verified (demo)" are labels in the demo only. They are not verification of any real person, brand or collection.
Parts marked "Asentum Testnet" (wallet connection, minting, public mints, listings, buying and offers) create real transactions on the Asentum TEST network. Test ASE and testnet NFTs have no monetary value and may be reset by the network.
Transactions are final: once the network confirms one, asentify cannot reverse or refund it. A trade is shown as done only after the network confirms it as final.
The asentify smart contracts (collection and marketplace) are unaudited and for the testnet only. No independent security audit has been completed. They may contain errors.
The marketplace keeps a fee of 2.5% of each sale, shown before you confirm. There are no creator royalties. [PLACEHOLDER: final fee and royalty terms before mainnet].
You alone control your wallet and are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase and keys safe. asentify never sees or stores them and will never ask for them. Anyone who asks for them is not us.
